Toledo is...the world's biggest small town.

At least I call it that.

John Denver said, "Saturday Night in Toledo Ohio is like being no place at all."

That was a hit song of his, at least, it was a hit in Toledo. He played it every time he came back to Toledo, and he did that fairly often.

Actually, he may have been right. Friday, now, is another matter.

Friday nights we have Friday Night at the Museum. Yep, at the museum, the Art Museum. They have entertainment, music, dinner at the cafeteria, which is pretty good, the art exhibits are open, all in all a pretty good time.

In the summer Toledo has the Rally by the River. There is food, music, a party every Friday.

If you like music, Blues and Jazz are big here. The weekend of May 30 through June 1 was the weekend of the "Rock, Rythm and Blues festival. The very next weekend, June 6 - 8 was the Toledo Jazzfest. In between there are always the clubs, best know of them are Rusty's and Murphy's, two well respected Jazz venues.
