was established by Phyllis Nilsson who started a secretarial service in 1965 and became interested in medical transcription in 1982. That year she accepted an entry-level position with the largest hospital in Toledo to learn her profession from the ground up. After nearly 14 years of learning her craft and honing her skills as a medical language specialist, she opened Westside Confidential Transcription Service in 1995, which continues in full operation.
